A loan of $1,000 helped to purchase food items.

Wazaria's story

In 2002, Ms. B. began selling general food items. She sells her goods at the Atsanvé local market in Lomé. She purchases her stock at the Lomé Grand Market. Her current stock of items is low. She would like to increase her stock and is requesting her first loan through WAGES so she can purchase 10 sacks of rice, 5 sacks of beans, 5 jugs of oil, 7 boxes of sugar, and other items.
