La Asociación Comunal “3 de Septiembre” tiene como presidenta a la señora Beatriz, la mencionada asociación pertenece al Centro Focal de Collpani.

La señora Beatriz es líder en su asociación desde hace años y lo que más le gusta es compartir con las compañeras. A sus treinta y cinco años, cumple diferentes roles además de ser presidenta, es esposa, madre de dos niños, además de llevar adelante su propio negocio.
Su negocio de repostería fue iniciado con capital propio, habiendo tomado capacitación para trabajar en Repostería.

La señora Beatriz vende sus productos a las tiendas por mayor, de forma ambulante. Sus primer crédito fue de 1000 Bs. y actualmente la solicitud aprobada fue de 1500 Bs. para la compra de fuentes, aceite y harina.

Las integrantes de la asociación comunal, son nueve mujeres. Tienen negocios diferentes, como: venta de comida, artesania, repostería, tienda de barrio, confección de carteras de cuero, artículos varios, tejidos, atención de Internet
