A loan helped to purchase the ACE One hybrid energy system for cooking, lighting, and charging in a way that is safer, cleaner, and saves money.

Moseli's story

Moseli is a 28-year-old man, who lives in a one bedroom house by himself. Moseli relies on piece jobs and struggles with buying multiple fuel and incompetent income.

Moseli spends the highest amount of his energy expenses on electricity, which costs up to 20 LSL per month. He also spends as much as one hour per day gathering fuel and fulfilling other energy needs, like phone charging.

Moseli bought the ACE 1 cookstove to help him save the money spent every month on fuel and, also, to help access solar electricity for charging the mobile devices any time for free.

The ACE 1 clean cookstove is biomass and solar-powered. For more information on the ACE 1 cookstove, please visit www.africancleanenergy.com and Facebook @African Clean Energy.

This loan is special because:
