A loan helped to buy extra products for her mini market business.

Amani's story

Amani is a 29-year-old Jordanian single lady. She lives with her family, and she is the only one responsible for covering her parents' needs and the living expenses. Since she doesn’t have any job that can provide her with money, she used a small space to open a mini market to serve her area with their needs and gain some income.

Amani loved this business, and her customers became loyal to her. They started to ask for more types of products and requested some special products. In order not to lose her customers, Amani asked for a 900 JD loan to provide these extra products.

Amani is aiming to expand more and more and have her own supermarket soon, to be able to always take care of her parents and their needs.

This loan is special because:

It empowers the most vulnerable and marginalized women in Jordan.
