A loan helped a member to invest in the purchase of fruit to equip her business.

Soli Group's story

Roxana is 24 years old. She is single and has 2 children. She has been working selling fruit for approximately 4 years, the knowledge of which she learned from her mother.

A typical day for her is to wake up very early to take care of her children and to do the household chores. Then she goes to open up her business so that she can dedicate her whole day to selling the produce. She is known to the members of her group since they are friends and neighbors in the area.

She will invest this first loan in the purchase of more fruit to equip her business. Her goal and aspiration with this loan is to be able to expand her business and offer a greater assortment of produce to her customers, and in this way, be able to have greater earnings.

Roxana's goals and aspirations in life are to be able to buy a truck and a house, and to be able to give her children a life that is an economically stable.

Only the Board of Directors appears in the photo as the disbursement was done remotely due to the pandemic.
