A loan helped to buy a cow.

Maria Rosa's story

Rosa and her husband are enjoying good health. In spite of their advanced age, they continue working and supporting themselves on their own. They live their lives among their small plots of crops and the livestock they raise.

Rosa wants to add a cow in order to return to the previous production of milk because one of their three cows died in an accident in an irrigation canal where the livestock tend to drink water. This reduced the number of liters of milk that she gives to the milkman, decreasing her income.

With this loan, she aspires to purchase a cow with which she can continue working in milk production, which is an important source of income that she and her husband depend on.
