The FOULADOU solidarity group was created after the GADAPARA Banc Villageois was established 11 years ago. It is composed of 6 women who come from the same neighborhood. They are organized by neighborhood and kinship. Mrs. AWA B., standing at the right in the photo and dressed in white, is the leader of the solidarity group. She is 56 years old, married and the mother of 5 dependent children. She sells vegetables at the Kolda central market. She has operated this business for around 10 years. With her new loan, she is going to buy vegetables in larger quantites than usual so as to better satisfy her customers. Her goal is to help her husband provide for the family’s financial needs, such as the food and the children’s schooling.

Le groupe de solidarité FOULADOU est créé depuis l’inauguration du Banc Villageois de GADAPARA il y a de cela 11 ans. Il est composé de 06 femmes issues du même quartier. Des femmes qui se sont organisées par voisinage et par affinité.

Madame AWA B., debout à droite sur la photo, de blanc vêtue, est la responsable du groupe de solidarité. Elle est âgée de 56 ans, elle est mariée et mère de 5 enfants en charge.

Elle est vendeuse de légumes au marché central de Kolda. Elle mène cette activité depuis plusieurs années, environs 10 ans.

Avec son nouveau crédit elle va acheter des légumes en quantité plus importante que d’habitude afin de mieux satisfaire sa clientèle.

Son objectif est de soutenir son mari dans la prise en charge des besoins financiers de la famille. Par exemple la nourriture et la scolarité des enfants.
