A loan of $1,925 helped a member to buy fruits and ingredients to prepare fruit juices.

Tessito Group's story

Solidarity group TESSITO was created in 2007, during the fifth cycle of the "Banc Villageois de GADAPARA". It is composed of nine women, all from the same neighborhood. They got together out of affinity and because they are neighbors. Mrs. NGALA SONA S., standing on the right in the picture, is the head of the group. She's 56 years old, married, and the mother of seven children. She sells natural fruit juices, that she makes herself. She sells them at her home and at the central market in her neighborhood. This loan will enable her to buy the ingredients she needs to prepare her fruit juices. With her profits, she wants to improve the standard of living of her family, by paying for food and for her children's school expenses.
