A loan helped to buy a smartphone for her child's online education needs during Covid-19.

Suhartini's story

Good day lenders! Meet one of KBMI’s clients, Suhartini. She is forty-two years old and married with one son. Suhartini runs a business of selling food, and her husband is a laborer. Her child is still in school. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on their family is the implementation of a school from home that uses an online system. This made it difficult for their child to access the course materials and sending assignments to the teacher.

She has applied for a loan of 2,200,000 Indonesian rupiahs (IDR) from KBMI to buy a smartphone for her child's online education needs during Covid-19. Her income is not sufficient to buy a smartphone, but she will be able to repay the loan received by using the profits generated from her business.

Suhartini is a very hardworking mother who always strives for the best for her child and improves the living conditions and creates a happy life. She is very grateful for the opportunity and wants to thank to all lenders.
