Sr. Wilfredo has been transporting passengers from the Province of Vinto to the enclosed city of Cochabamba for two years. He was one of many people who moved to Europe to try his luck, but when things did not work out as expected, he returned to Bolivia to face a harsh reality. Wilfredo also met his wife in Europe, so he returned first and she followed thereafter once she had filed her documents. After experiencing the prayers and tears of their daughters, Wilfredo and his wife chose to remain a family over seeking fortune.

Using the money he brought back with him, he bought a minibus while his wife started a retail business. To improve her tiny shop, they decided to build a bigger one. For this reason, Wilfredo is requesting a loan to buy cement, paint, and other materials. They are hard workers and emphasize that for them the family unit comes first.
