Damos Trabajadoras Group's story

The group “Damas Trabajadoras” was formed because of the desire of the members to improve their quality of life. The majority of the members already have productive businesses.

The types of activities they are engaged in include the sale of fruits and vegetables and the sale of handmade food items such as empanadas filled with meat, chicken, ham and cheese.

One of the members is Señora Sotera, who sells clothing from a shop that she has in her home. She is very satisfied with her work, which allows her to help her husband with the household expenses. Her husband works in a factory. Her children help her with the business; they are very proud of their mother since she tries very hard to provide for them in the best way possible.

She wants to refresh her inventory of merchandise to attract more customers to her business, and to do this she seeks a loan to buy clothing such as jackets, sweaters, pants, sweatshirts, shirts, blouses, dresses, jeans and other items.

In this group: Sotera, Nilda, Josefa, Sebastiana, Avelina, Maria, Emilce, Ruth, Miryam, Ramona, Maria, Dionisia, Luz, Claudia, Julia, Marcelina, Maria, Miryam
