He is married to Armelle Yehossou, a trader. The couple has four children who are all at school. Gilles lives with his family in Lokokoukoumè. He left school at secondary level. In order to provide for the various needs of his children and to cover his expenses, Gilles sells medicinal roots and plants in his shop. He gets his supplies at Dantokpa, Benin's international market. He has been carrying out this activity for the past sixteen years and has already had two loans from ALIDé, both of which he repaid in full. Gilles would like to expand his business and respond better to the various demands of his customers; for this reason he is requesting a third loan.

A. Mahutin Gilles est né le 21 Juillet 1973 à Cotonou, capitale économique du Bénin. Gilles vit depuis une trentaine d'année à Lokokoukoumè, dans la commune de Sèmè-Podji. Gilles est marié à YEHOSSOU Armelle, une commerçante. Le couple a quatre enfants qui sont tous scolarisés. Gilles vit ensemble avec sa famille à Lokokoukoumè. Gilles a arrêté l'école au cours secondaire. Pour subvenir aux différents besoins de ses enfants et faire face à ses charges, Gilles vend des racines et plantes médicinales dans sa boutique. Gilles s'approvisionne à Dantokpa, marché international du Bénin. Gilles exerce cette activité depuis seize ans et a déjà bénéficié de deux crédits auprès de ALIDé, crédits qu'il a bien remboursés. Gilles désire agrandir plus son activité et mieux répondre aux différentes exigences de sa clientèle ; raison pour laquelle Gilles sollicite un troisième prêt.
