Mrs. Sim H. owns a general store in the local village where she sells groceries to earn a large profit to support her family. Her husband, Mr. Touch Ouch, is a farmer who owns a one-hectare (2.5-acre) plot of land that he uses to cultivate rice to sell to support his family.

Since her business is going well, Mrs. Sim H. wants to expand it. So, to achieve this purpose, she is seeking a loan to buy more groceries to sell.

Mrs. Sim H. is the mother of three children, one of whom is a seamstress in a garment factory, another is a fisherman, and the other is studying in the local school.
