A loan of $425 helped to buy tables and chairs for her business.

Gaby's story

Gaby is 36 years old, lives with her husband and two children in a leased home. Six months ago she started a new business selling food from her home in the afternoons. Since then, every morning she prepares food in order to make a living. She depends on her children for help with serving customers and preparing the food. She says this business is profitable because it allows her to use the profits to reinvest in necessities for her home. In the future she would like to improve her business by adding more products and materials to the establishment.

This is her sixth loan with MPF and she is very content knowing that she has the financial support and she has always demonstrated responsibility with her payments. She likes being part of this group as all of the members are very responsible, supportive, and appreciative of the people managing the loans which will be helpful with the progress of her business. With this loan, she will purchase new tables and chairs as well as purchase more products to prepare food.
