A loan of $3,000 helps to buy cattle to increase her income from cattle breeding.

Suusarkan's story

This lovely woman is Suusarkan. She is 62 years old, married, and is raising one child. She has a secondary education. As the primary source of income for her family, she has been working in livestock breeding and agriculture since 2000. Because of her hard work, and with the help of her husband, today her farm consists of 4 cows and 15 sheep.

To further expand her farm, Suusarkan is asking for help from the Kiva Fund in the amount of 250,000 KGS to purchase livestock. The income from the loan will help her increase her headcount of thoroughbred cattle. Her goal is to increase her income from cattle breeding and selling organic milk.
