Josphat Kauria Mpurunyuk is 28 years old. He is married to Joyce and the father of three school-going children. He is a farmer and has been farming on his own piece of land for the last five years.
He learned about KADET from other members in a group already registered with KADET in his community. This will be his first loan which he is planning to use to buy fertilizer and chemicals for his potato farm. Potatoes have been doing well in his area due to good climatic conditions. He hopes to use the profit from the proceeds of this loan to expand his farming activity from small scale to commercial farming.
Josphat's dreams are to do large scale farming and also to start dairy farming. He is a hard working man who is determined to achieve his set goals.
