This "banc villageois", which was started in November 2012, is made up of 2 women. They live in the same village and have strong bonds of solidarity. They both have retail businesses.

Mrs. Fatoumata, who appears alone in the picture due to Covid-19 restrictions, is the leader of the group. She is a 39-year-old widow with 7 children. She buys peanuts that she grinds into peanut butter. With this new loan, she wants to buy peanut and millet seeds. She is very experienced in her business. She wants to use her profits to buy goats and sheep, and to take care of her children.
