Damasco Group's story

The "Damasco" group is made up of 3 enterprising, dedicated and hardworking women. One of these is Ivania del Carmen Dávila, who has had a small restaurant for 5 years, where she sells fried food every day. On the weekends she also makes nacatamales (a special type of large tamale typical of Nicaragua) and sells clothing via advance orders.

The other members are Claudia R., who sells clothing, and Emerita M., who has been selling all types of clothing for 10 years. They will invest the loan in the purchase of merchandise, particularly for the horse parades and art festivals.
