A loan of $550 helped poultry.

Ada Violeta's story

Ada is 49 years old and lives with her family in the Chepén district; an agricultural district where business is regularly conducted. It’s located in the province of the same name, within the La Libertad region, one hour from the city of Chiclayo.

She is a woman who is always looking for ways to work better to progress and move her family ahead. She sells poultry in the morning out of her home, and in the evening she sells stuffed potatoes (a typical national dish consisting of fried stewed potato dough that has been previously stuffed with meat, vegetables and spices).

Ada has regular customers who regularly visit her house to buy the products that she offers. These businesses allow her to earn stable incomes with which she moves her family ahead.

Ada would like to expand her poultry business by acquiring additional merchandise in order to attract more customers. She is requesting her first loan of 1, 500 PEN ($550) through Edpyme Alternativa.

Her greatest desire it to be able to continue working to move her family ahead. She is very well known and respected by her neighbors and acquaintances.
