Netnapha's story

Netnapha is a married woman living with her husband and children in a Khmer community of Surin province, Northeast Thailand. Her family plants rice and weaves silk cloth to make a living.

She has ever taken the Kiva loan to invest in the silk weaving business in 2019 and the business has been capable to generate income for spending in her family so far. Therefore, once again, she has looked for an opportunity to continue the business and then applied for the Kiva loan to buy a loom, silk thread, dye color, and materials for weaving silk cloth.
