Kim's story

Kim K., 30, is married and resides with his wife and a child in Phnom Penh City, Cambodia, an area known as the most populated city in the country. He sells groceries, gasoline, and gas, and provides money exchange for an income of USD 3 per day. His wife is a garment factory worker, earning an income of USD 2 per day. K. is requesting a loan of USD 1,000 to purchase more groceries to stock the store. In the future, he would like to use any additional profit to repair his house.
