Sylivia's story

Meet Sylivia, aged 36, and a resident of market zone - Rushere-Kiruhura. She is a single mother with 2 children who are aged 7 and 4. At the moment, Sylivia is the only one taking care of her two children when it comes to providing school fees for them.

She has a banana plantation. She has 3 acres on which the plantation is seated. There are two casual laborers who help her with weeding and pruning. She earns an average income from sales.
