A loan helped to purchase more cattle to sell.

Bhag's story

Bhag is a 52 year old widow. She buys animals at low prices, then sells them out in the market at higher prices. She also sells milk to generate an extra amount of income.

Bhag started this business due to financial constraints, the want for a better life, and good quality education for her only child. She started the business with a loan from Kashf Foundation. The business has contributed to the family income, but now she needs to expand to bear more of the household expenses.

Bhag has now applied for a new loan of 120,000 PKR from the Kashf Foundation to purchase more cattle to increase her sales. She is very experienced and has good contacts in the market, so this loan will definitely enable her to expand and increase her income.
