A loan of $650 helped to purchase fruit and vegetables to expand her business.

Marisol Del Carmen's story

Marisol is a 32 year old wife and mother. She has one minor child and she lives with her family in the C.P.M. (Minor Population Center) Callanca of the Monsefu district. The district is known for its tourist festivals- religious and connected to its artisanal crafts made of wood, ceramics and reeds. It is located about twenty minutes from the city of Chiclayo.

She sells vegetables wholesale and retail at a stand in the Los Pathos Market, a wholesale market in Chiclayo. She acquires her merchandise very early from the distributors who go to the supply center to offer merchandise to customers, most of whom are sellers in retail markets. She has become well known in the area thanks to the good service she offers her customers.

Marisol wants to increase her sales with the purchase of more vegetables in order to better respond to the demand that exists in the area. In this way she plans on obtaining more profit and gradually improve her quality of life. To obtain her goal, it has become necessary for her to ask Edpyme Alternativa for a loan of 1800 nuevos soles.

Marisol is a cheerful woman who is very dedicated to her job. Her greatest wish is to offer her son a better quality of life. She has worked with our institution before and has demonstrated punctuality and responsibility when making her payments.
