Kuña Katupyry Group's story

Description: The communal bank "Kuña Katupyry", was formed in July 2008 by hard-working women in an area not favored with economic development.
During the past three years of taking out loans, they have always tried to keep up with their payments. This communal bank is in an area that does not get much business, so the women have to go to other cities to sell their products. One of the members is Mrs Floriana who makes crafts for a living.
She embroiderers fabrics and clothing and also makes crafts like bedspreads, tablecloths, and other things. Her customers greatly appreciate her work because it has a good finish and is very delicate. Mrs. Floriana's family is very humble and her house is lacking in some comforts which is why she is taking out a loan -- to buy beds for her children.

In this group: Floriana, Luz, Dorotea, Angela, Ambrosia, Petrona, Perla, Delia, Melitona, Rossana, Claudia
