A loan of $1,000 helped buy a compressor and a helium tank.

Edson Jaime's story

Edson is in his third cycle of individual loans. He previously worked in the Apostol Santiago Communal Bank.

He makes piñatas, party decorations, and inflates helium balloons. He lives in an independent way, but he continues to help his mother with some expenses because he is the oldest child.

The loan is to buy an air compressor, which will make painting the piñatas easier for him. He will also buy a helium tank to use to blow up the balloons. This is for a contract that he has.

He is a very responsible and hard-working person. His business is going very well for him. He is grateful to Emprender and Kiva for this opportunity.
