Rameki's story

Rameki is a grocery store owner in the host community of the Kigeme refugee camp in Rwanda. The business has helped him facilitate most of the financial needs of his family.

Rameki wanted to grow his business even further so decided to attend the AEC/Inkomoko training, where he acquired skills like bookkeeping and great customer service. This has helped him to have a clear picture of business performance and boost his business reputation.

A loan to Rameki will help him to purchase more inventory. He wants to maintain a good reputation in the community by providing diverse products to satisfy the diverse community of both Rwandans and refugees coming from neighbouring countries.
