Ana is 35 years old, and lives with a partner in the Urcos district. She has 3 children, and works in retail trade. She has a store where she sells pasamanería (this term refers to personal accessories, office accessories, shampoo, general cleaning accessories, buttons, and ornamental trimmings for garments) in the main plaza of this town, and she has worked selling these items for 11 years. The business was started by her parents, and she inherited it from them when she was very young. She is requesting a loan to buy this type of merchandise to restock her pasamanería store.

Ana values and is infinitely grateful for the loan granted, because it will allow her to grow her business and improve her quality of life. Also, she promises to make her payments according to the established schedule.
