A loan of $850 helps buy more stock of women's clothes.

Sulayiti's story

Sulayiti lives in Hoima, Uganda, where he operates a boutique selling mainly women's clothes. He is married and happily living with his family. Sulayiti also farms as a source of income, planting maize and growing nuts.

His dream is to accumulate money and improve his family's status, expanding his business and sending his children to good schools for a better education.

His challenge is inadequate capital to fulfill his dream, and he has therefore requested a Kiva loan to buy more stock of women's clothes.

This loan is special because:

It targets extremely rural populations.
