A loan of $1,200 helps to buy livestock and increase her income from animal husbandry.

Aigul's story

Aigul repaid her loan successfully, and she is grateful to Kiva and to everyone who helped her with financing. She also earns additional income by working as a seamstress. Her farm currently has two cows, 14 sheep, and two horses. She has two hectares of land where she grows alfalfa. In order to develop her business further, she applied to Bai Tushum Bank again for a loan of 100,000 som (KGS) to buy livestock in order to increase her income from raising livestock. She plans to invest profits from the loan in the expansion of her farm.
