A loan helped to purchase dairy cows in order to increase the volume of milk she sells.

Alymkan's story

This lovely woman is Alymkan. She is 57 years old, married, and has adult children. She has a secondary education. She is helpful and charitable by nature. Since 1989, she has been involved in raising livestock and growing crops as the primary source of income for her family. Thanks to Alymkan’s hard work and her husband’s help, her farm currently has 3 cows, 1 horse, and 2.96 hectares of irrigated land where she grows organic beans. She has a contract to provide organic milk to a local factory for processing into dairy products. This allows her to continually invest in her agricultural business.

Upon learning that she could get a loan at Bai Tushum Bank secured by a contract for future supply as part of the value chain, she applied for a loan in the amount of 250,000 KGS to purchase dairy cows in order to increase her volume of milk sales. Payments for milk from the factory will directly transfer to Alymkan’s bank account, while payments for the loan will be automatically deducted. The income from the loan will help further develop the farm.
