A loan helped to buy a laptop for her child’s education needs.

Rohenah's story

Good day, lenders! Meet one of KBMI’s clients, Rohenah. She is 51 years old and is married with one son and two daughters. Rohenah runs a business of selling cake, and her husband is a farmer. One of her children is still in school.

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on their family is the implementation of school from home that uses an online system. This made it difficult for their child to access the course materials and sending assignments to the teacher.

She has applied for a loan of 5,700,000 Indonesian rupiahs (IDR) from KBMI to buy a laptop for her child’s education needs. Her income is not sufficient to buy a laptop, but she will be able to repay the loan received by using the profits generated from her business.

Rohenah is a very hard-working mother who always strives for the best for her children and improves the living conditions to create a happy life. She is very grateful for the opportunity and wants to thank all lenders.

Note: The girl in the photo is Rohenah's daughter.

This loan is special because:

It allows students of every economic background to pursue education.
