Mereani's story

Tropical Cyclone Yasa made landfall in Fiji overnight, with powerful gusts reaching up to 350 km/h near the eye of the storm. Fijians wake up to the devastation left behind, with reports of houses flattened, trees ripped out of the ground and roads flooded.

Despite the powerful winds and the storm around them, Mereani's family have stayed positive and are just thankful that no lives were taken. This businesswoman depends on her farm to sell produce, but it has been left bare.

In dire need to revive their business, she is kindly seeking another loan to help her recover what she lost through the tropical cyclone. The loan will be used to build a nursery for raising seedlings, build a stall on the highway road and also repair some parts of her home that wer edamaged.

Mereani will be relieved to be assisted and be pleased to be given another grant.

This loan is special because:

It helps proven female entrepreneurs grow their businesses and create jobs.
