A loan of $850 helps to buy construction materials to repair her home and also purchase stock of frozen goods to continue business operations.

Luisa's story

Luisa is thankful to her lenders because they have allowed her to expand her business operations of selling frozen meats.

She sells a wide variety of frozen foods such as chicken, sausages, fish, liver and giblets, to name a few.

As a survivor of the Super Tropical Cyclone Yasa, and as a woman entrepreneur in an economy that suffered a recession, she hopes to secure a loan.

Luisa plans to buy construction materials, and also purchase stock to continue her frozen goods business. She hopes to rebuild her home to do this.

As a woman, Luisa may only bend, but will not break.

This loan is special because:

It provides emergency funding to clients affected by tropical cyclone Yasa.
