A loan of $500 helps to buy sacks of flour, sacks of sugar, yeast, a wooden spoon, and a fry pan.

Koko's story

Koko is a 23-year-old mother with 1 child. She owns and operates a small business selling pancakes, pork cakes, and buns in her community to earn a living. She has been doing this for more than 2 years. Koko has requested a loan to buy sacks of flour, sacks of sugar, yeast, a wooden spoon, and a fry pan to help her run the business. She hopes to use her profit to build a small bakery store in the near future. Koko joined SPBD in 2021 to gain access to financial services.
