He earns his living raising pigs. He keeps them until they have obtained a good weight. Then he slaughters then at his house and sells the meat by the pound to neighbors and local customers. Doing this he manages to make his living in spite of the fear that still exists of getting sick.
This loan will be used to buy feed and medicine for the pigs.
