A loan helped a member to buy and resell fish.

08-Barandama Group's story

This banc villageois was inaugurated in December 2009 and is home to this group of 24 women. Its members live in the same village and share the same concerns. They are active in retail trade to support themselves. Ms. Dialika, 22 years old and alone in the photo, for the prevention of Covid-19, represents the group. She is single and is the mother of 2 children. She's been a fish seller for two years now. With her new loan, she plans to buy fish to sell in the village. Her earnings will be used to pay for schooling and food for her children.
