A loan of $1,250 helps to buy fertilizer and soil amendments.

Henry Jeovany's story

Henry lives in the village of Palo Verde with his family.

He works in coffee production, earning his main income from it. He grows good-quality coffee because he provides the appropriate care to be able to sell later at an excellent price. He's very responsible with his crops and likes providing excellent maintenance.

He's requesting the loan to buy fertilizer and soil amendments for his crops so he can get a good harvest.

He's very happy about the kindness and good service he received from Prisma and Kiva. He's very grateful for their support.

His dream is to get a good yield.

This loan is special because:

It has a below-market interest rate and is repaid at harvest, when farmers can more easily repay.
