A loan of $2,950 helps a member to sell breakfast, dry wood and buy supply for her shop.

08-Nema Group's story

This `banc villageois` has been established in May 2009. It is composed of 13 women who are active in the retail trade. They have good group cohesion and this explains their solidarity and dynamism. They live in the same neighborhood. Mrs. Awa, 45 years old, is married and mother of 8 children. She represents the group alone in the photo out of respect for the measures against Covid-19. With her new loan, she intends to sell breakfast, firewood and strengthen her shop. She has good experience in this domain. The profits will be used to meet her personal needs and those of her children (education, health etc...).

In this group: Toba, Awa, Aissatou, Fatoumata, Safietou, Bamby, Fily, Kadidiatou, Dianke, Mouskeba, Mariama Ngome, Aby, Mariama
