A loan of $600 helps to buy cattle to increase his income from cattle breeding.

Anarbek's story

Anarbek is 60 years old. He and his wife have 2 children and they live in the Chatkal region. This mountainous area with spacious pastures is ideally located for raising livestock. For 40 years, Anarbek has been engaged in agriculture, raising cattle, horses and sheep. His pension is not enough to support a large family, so Anarbek tries hard to develop his farm.

Anarbek is asking for support from the Kiva fund in the amount of 50,000 som (KGS) to increase his number of cattle and sales of organic meat. The income from the loan will help Anarbek improve the material well-being of his family.
