A loan helped a member to stock up on plastic chairs, mattresses and televisions to increase her working capital.

Faraja Group's story

Pascaline is a client of Hekima and president of the 'groupe villageoise' Faraja. She is 35, married and has 4 children, all of whom are in school. Her partner is a baker.

She sells various plastic products. She has been running this business for 6 years, started with funds supplied by her husband. Later she joined Hekima to support her business during which she has evolved progressively.

With this new loan, she will stock up on plastic chairs, mattresses, televisions, which will reinforce her working capital. The challenge of this activity is linked to the lack of merchandise.

She would like her children to continue with their education, feed her family and buy some land. She wants to thank Hekima and its partners for their support of non-bankable women.

She is the only person in the photo, as they respect the Covid-19 regulations.

In this group: Pascaline, Georges, Wilson, Jidson, Chantal, Patience, Dieu M'aime, Azora, Gorette, Daniel, Wema, Aline, Aimee, Melesse, Zephanie, Jemima
