A loan helped to buy fertilizer and compost.

Armin Edgardo's story

Armin lives in the community of Teupasenti San Isidro with his family. He works in agriculture and coffee farming, obtaining his main source of income from these activities. He grows high quality coffee, corn and plantains, because he gives them sufficient care to sell them at an excellent price. He also sells tajaditas.

He is very responsible with his crops and he likes to give them excellent maintenance. He is asking for the loan to buy fertilizer and compost for his crops so that he can achieve a good yield. He is very happy with the kindness and good treatment he has received from Prisma and Kiva and he gives many thanks for the support he has received. His dream is to have a good yield.

This loan is special because:

It has a below-market interest rate and is repaid at harvest, when farmers can more easily repay.
