A loan helped a member to buy wood and tools.

12 De Junio Group's story

The group called 12 de Junio is in their 25th loan cycle with the Women's Committee program. They help one and other and look for a way to offer their families better living conditions. They are participating in the Poverty Elimination program, striving to be able to improve and get ahead.

One of them is Lorenza, who earns a living making crafts from wood. She says that this helps her family and states that in spite of her day-to-day difficulties it is a way to grow and improve. Specifically she has difficulty talking but she is getting ahead through effort and sacrifice. Lorenza sees herself as an enterprising person who is looking for ways to improve.

She is requesting this loan to buy wood in quality in order to continue to make her crafts and also tools.
