A loan helped to buy oats, rice, flour, sugar, sausages and other daily consumption products.

Luz's story

Luz is an enthusiastic, friendly and hardworking woman. She and her family live in a rented house in the San José neighbourhood. Her husband is a municipal employee. She has three daughters of which two are studying.

Luz runs a small grocery store that she started a year ago. Before this she was doing housework and selling clothes. Luz changed her activity to be able to look after her home and be able to work at the same time.

Luz is looking for financing to make her store grow. Her store is missing some basic consumption products in order for her to provide a good service to her customers. In this way Luz hopes to benefit her family with resources to pawn the house where they live for a long period and thus not pay rent month after month.
