A loan of $950 helps to purchase a horse to increase her income from farming.

Gulmira's story

This wonderful woman is Gulmira. She is 48 years old, married and lives together with her son in the Nookat region. The region fits very well for agriculture.

Gulmira's family owns a farm where they have six cows. She also has a plot of land of 0.4 hectares of land, on which she grows potatoes. She makes every effort to keep her farm productive, as their income strongly depends on this. The proceeds from the sale has already been their main source of income for a period of 20 years.

Gulmira turned to the bank "Bai Tushum" for a loan in the amount of 80,000 som (KGS). She will purchase a horse for the money, to expand her farm. This will certainly help increase the productivity of their farm, and this way, their income. She hopes to reach her desired result.
