Gulayim is 54 and married with grown children. She has a high school education and is a hardworking, purposeful and entrepreneurial person. She has a good understanding of the technical aspects of running an agriculture business and knows how to manage a budget. She has been working in animal husbandry since 1992 as the primary source of income for her family. Thanks to her hard work and responsible approach to her tasks, she has been able to develop her farm to having 10 cows and 30 sheep as well as 1.48 hectares of irrigated land where she grows barley and alfalfa.
With the goal of further developing her farm, Gulayim has approached Bai Tushum Bank for a loan of 200,000 KGS to buy dairy cows to increase her sales of organic milk and her income from raising livestock. She plans to put income from the loan into further developing her farm.
