A loan helped to buy a smartphone for her child’s education needs.

Sunti Wati's story

Good day, lenders! Meet one of KBMI’s clients, Sunti Wati. She is 35 years old and is married with two sons. Sunti Wati and her husband run a business of household-equipment sales. One of her children is still in school.

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on their family is the implementation of school from home that uses an online system. This made it difficult for their child to access the course materials and sending assignments to the teacher.

She has applied for a loan of 2,700,000 Indonesian rupiahs (IDR) from KBMI to buy a smartphone for her child’s education needs. Her income is not sufficient to buy a smartphone, but she will be able to repay the loan received by using the profits generated from her business.

Sunti Wati is a very hard-working mother who always strives for the best for her children and improves the living conditions to create a happy life. She is very grateful for the opportunity and wants to thank to all lenders.

Note: The boy in the photo is Sunti Wati's son.

This loan is special because:

It allows students of every economic background to pursue education.
