Jackline's story

Jackline is a Kenyan entrepreneur who owns and runs a wholesale grocery shop supplying fresh fruits and vegetables within Kakuma town. She has been in business since early 2005 and this experience gives her an edge over the rest of the similar businesses within the market.

She is married with two children and the business has been sustaining them from the proceeds.

Located at the busy market, Jackline supplies the food items to some of the agencies around and hence has built herself a loyal base of clientele over the years.

Jackline was an active participant in AEC’s business training program, focused on financial management and improving sales. She is successfully applying the skills and insights in managing the business.
