Kadiatu B. (who is pictured on the left) is the leader of this group. She is forty years of age. She was born in Makeni, is married to a tailor, and they have two children. One of her children is a grownup and the other is not yet of school-going age.

She will use the loan to buy cooking materials like rice, palm-oil (the most popular cooking oil), Margi (used to give sauce a sweet taste), onions, etc., wholesale.
