El señor Moisés Bismarck T. A., es casado de 41 años de edad tiene dos hijas adolecentes que estudian la secundaria y primaria respectivamente, viven en un municipio de Masaya, el señor labora como agente de ventas, desde hace 6 años, dando el sostén económico y alimenticio a su familia.

Dentro de sus principales necesidades esta la remodelación de su vivienda, pero sus limitaciones económicas no le han permitido llevar a cabo este proyecto y es por esta razón que solicita un préstamo para la compra de materiales de construcción tales como arena, cemento, piedrín, y cerámicas, esta inversión le acceda a mejorar en gran medida las condiciones en las que actualmente habitan sobre todo que sus hijas se encuentran en un momento en donde demandan mejores condiciones, e independencia por la etapa de vivencia que actualmente conllevan.
